Got my proposal done months ago. Then today got an email informing me that if I missed 1 more payment ... the proposal would be cancelled. After numerous emails and calls. I was able to get to the bottom of it. My phone number was entered incorrect by MNP. The VOID cheque placed in my file for the auto payment was someone else's. Who ever handled my file dropped the ball royally.
