I am mostly impressed with how Rachel Riddell, who’s my trustee, maintains professionalism while also being enthusiastic in answering my questions/concerns during my first appointment with her. Her reliable team and environment made me feel comfortable every time I came back. Definitely want to keep up this good relationship.
