I've never had an experience with a medical ride like the ones I had today. The driver that picked me up had an unmarked vehicle. They waved me down, I had no idea if it was my ride or not. I was too nervous to confirm anything cause idk, maybe that's normal? I'm not used to medical rides. They didn't confirm my name or adress for the appointment or anything (again, idk if that's normal) just asked how I was doing. Not a bad thing but aren't drivers supposed to confirm who you are? SITTING HERE WAITING.......OVER AN HOUR LATE?! NO PHONE CALL. CAN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. APPARENTLY CANNOT READ A CLOCK! MISSED MY APPOINTMENT! WHAT A ROTTEN COMPANY. HOPE THEY'RE NOT SCAMMING MY INSURANCE COMPANY. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Bad experience This company made my father wait 2 hours late for his ride. He had just finished radiation treatment and was exhausted extremely. They would not pick up their phone or even give a proper excuse for their time. We can excuse the rush hour but the driver left 2 hours later from the city to go pick him up than a reasonable time. We advise you to take better care of your customers.
