Great experience, Mandie made refinancing my auto loan super easy and was able to get me a great rate! It’s really great to be part of a credit union that looks out for trade workers.
An institution charged my card 25$ and BTCU charged me overdraft fees 4 times and let it go negative. My card doesn't allow me to make purchases past a zero balance. Chime cash app have overfraft protection but the credit union doesnt.I know there is great people at these banks but after being lied to and all the fees it's isn't worth it. They immediately want you to pay the fees like the money is coming out of their check if you don't. It's a culture at these banks.
