Tried the infrared sauna and loved it. Cute refreshment set up for after with a tea of the day and other refreshments. Host was lovely and welcoming

Mmm wellness is always an amazing experience. Been going for massages for years and thought I would try the sauna experience and wasn’t disappointed. It was relaxing and sweaty, I enjoyed listening to my audiobook and enjoying the sauna. I will be doing it again and would recommend it.
Tried the new sauna and it was excellent. Snug, but comfortable and the sweat session after a massage had me feeling in harmony all afternoon.
Mel is amazing! She gives such an excellent massage in a very comfortable, relaxing environment. I added the sauna to my massage experience for that extra touch. Highly recommend.
