My parents were able to access this service through Kaiser. They far prefers this company; the drivers, the equipment, and the kind and caring service are top-notch. I was able to witness the last pick up, and one of the drivers told my mom (who was a little scared), "I understand, I would be scared too!" They put her at ease on her way to surgery. Thank you so much!

MML is part of the fleet of transportation services that we get through Kaiser. We've had Steven help with rides before and really appreciate his kindness towards Mom. Good people like this are so important when you're loved ones need help and are memory care patients. Thank you

Super sketchy. I booked them and then cancelled, received a confirmation, and they charged me. I'm filing formal complaints with the regulatory bodies. [Update, in response to the company's response] In you response, you have misrepresented our communications. So I have attached them for all to see: 1. I asked for a cancellation immediately after paying. 2. MML agree to refund the fee. 3. I sent multiple friendly reminders. 3. MML simply stopped responding to my emails, without any explanation whatsoever.

My mom needed transportation really quickly due to her condition and they was able to come ASAP ! I dont remember the drivers names but they were so gentle and kind with her. Even when traffic held me up from getting there before they arrived, they waited patiently for me to arrive and waited until she was safely admitted to the ER. In these days where no one cares, they gave me hope that it's still good people out here who care ! I plan to use them again.

We used MML for the first time today and I was extremely satisfied. We had a driver by the name of Carlos, who was extremely hard-working, very respectful and he brought my mom home as comfortable as possible. He was quick and did not make us feel like he was rushing. I would highly recommend using this company and I know I will be using them more.
