Idk why there are any one stars tbh I called and left a voicemail and it was returned prompty (1-2hrs busy probably) and was scheduled. I called the doctor at the desingtaed time and told/showed what was needed. Then 7 days later recieved the card. Everything that was said, happened.
Very friendly and professional staff, did everything correctly and efficiently. There’s no additional charging other than the fixed fees listed on the website, unlike what I experienced sometimes with others.
