Dr Trabin and the receptionist were amazing! However the rest of dealing with MMJ has been horrible to say the very least. My prescription needed to be renewed and a dispensary suggested a new patient deal to switch Dr to MMJ. I should of went with my gut and not switched. The scheduling agent was extremely aggressive and I'm never a fan of prepaying for something that can be done in person. Thomas is so helpful !!!! He makes the entire experience so easy he’s so knowledgeable and personable! The man definitely deserves a raise! It’s so rare in today’s society you can go into a doctors office or do telehealth and the person you are talking to that works there is just a ball of sunshine and joy ! He’s a great listener and explains everything to where you can understand it easily !
