Tax preparer completely ignoring messages through new app. No response on any tax filings for last 3 years. Never had these issues when using other companies.
I filled with them last year, went to check this year my records on IRS, and it says 2024 Verification of Non-Filing Letter . I do not know if it is good or bad yet, but I have all the documents I gave them last year. This year I am not able to find this company anymore. Be aware!
They are scammers, I will not fall for them again and I do not recommend them to anyone.
Total scam . If they had 0 stars, that would be my choice. Unprofessional and feed false info. Some people are just unaware of their activities until it's too late. They just want your money.
We worked with Milda to get our refund two years in a row and she has done an excellent job. Much better than TurboTax and even another accountant friend I worked with. We will be working with her again in 2025.
