Not very friendly at all, place was clean and smelled nice but the customer service experience 0/10 . I’ve worked in customer service and her attitude was not it . Didn’t explain anything when I asked what the $700 file fee was for only said our fee and bank fees which later finding out it was bc I filed for two separate states and was unaware of the added on fee for the other state. Will not be filling w them again.
Jackie was extremely courteous and patient. She was great to work with.
