I am disappointed at this new location Maria decided to do her business at. I had been at her old location and did business with her and it was smooth peaceful, joyful, calm and professional. this new location is a MESS! I came in to see her I had couple questions and needed some services done. I was put on hold her receptionist Katie is sweet and truthful she said she didn't know what I needed help with. she went to ask. disagree I had some issues with irs and this person was supposed to help me with that and didn't get any answer back I don't recommend it!
Horrible service. Maria is who helped me and since January I have not got my taxes. She does not answer my calls and keeps on saying she resents my taxes due to errors .
