I had to arrange medical transport for my mother from Honolulu, Hawaii to Japan. She was seriously ill, unable to stand or walk on her own. My mother suffered a stroke and was hospitalized on Oahu for over a week. We wanted to bring her back to her home island of Kauai for rehab so she could be closer to family and friends, which we felt was an important part of her recovery. It has taken me 7 months to write this review because the outcome for my family member didn't go the way we expected or wanted. That said I'll be forever grateful to MM Medical Transportation team. I was able to get my loved one home to Kaua'i and we wouldn't have been able to do that without this team. They were so kind and understanding of my loved one's needs.
