I just closed a loan with them and I would not recommend their services. At the beginning they are super kind and professional. Unfortunately they aren’t consistent. On my closing the numbers changed 4 times, myself correcting them as they were charging over $4k in mistakes. As I write this review, I am still waiting on their answer for the last change they made on their “final” amount, although I wasn’t notified about it, I found out through the change on the amount I will be collecting from the buyer. MM Lending is great! Fastest loan Docs (Bill) fastest Draws (Wendy) Fastest Onboarding (Kylie). The whole team, Kylie especially, is great to work with! Even the owner, Mike, takes the time to speak with his clients. All around great lender. No complaints. (The bad reviews are garbage don’t listen to them)
