Was referred to this place by another mechanic, dropped my car off and was told within a couple of weeks it would be ready. Two months later I pick up vehicle with a dent and scratch on back trunk and running paint over it. Old parts were used and insurance was charged for brand new parts. Concerns were voiced and it was as if I spoke a different language. They agreed to put in new parts after insurance was involved, that took another 2 weeks.
