Hello, so I have been dealing with this transportation company for a little over a year. They recently dropped me because they have sent me the wrong pick up time for my appointment. They are also always late picking me up
If it's important that you get there, DO NOT CALL THEM! When they were needed and the order was placed, they failed to show. They claimed we should have "confirmed" before the pick-up. But we ordered the ride, and they took the order. In a lifetime of being a non-driver, I have never had a car service require that I call back, to ask them a SECOND time if they are really showing up. I would suggest you Google another local transport company, if you want to be sure someone shows up.
