Lack of communication and horse handling skills
Would NOT recommend. No communication between staff or clients! Once finally arrived and collected 3 days after originally advised, the weekend trip ended up well over a week! 3 different staff I ended up talking to never knew what was happening through the entire process of collecting/delivering ect. They tightly wrapped a old injury on a yearling (I specifically advised at loading it was an arthritic swelling injury, vet had previously attended too and not to touch it as nothing could be done to the swelling) my sweet litt... read more
