Courteous and professional.
Disappointed with my overall experience. Appointment was over an hour behind schedule, and the appointment felt rushed with minimal examination time, the examination was no where near as in-depth as my physio assessment. Dr Ramadan kept blaming my issues on “general wear and tear” which I didn’t have or suffer from before my accident and tried to play-off my pain/injuries.
I found the location easily accessible by road. The reception staff were professional and informative. The medical appointment was conducted in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
Firstly no parking onsite as this is a house with extension, full of cars and large skip. Parked on main road, on entering expecting lots of patients given the car park to be full, but just me. Went in to see dr Bradbury, bombarded with questions, didn’t want to listen to me about all scans, X-rays and operations I’ve had and the pain I’m still experiencing. So when it came to his report it basically said I have no pain and the damaged vertebrae is due to old age and not due to the car accident i was involved in.
