Can I give them less than one star? Rude and incompetent. Sent my husband an invoice from a local ambulance company that got a lot of insurance money and never sent us a bill for a balance. He just received this letter saying it's a collection agency, and they refused to provide the phone nubmer of ambulance co. but when we looked them up and called, they CLAIM they sent a bill one month prior and then immediately sent it to this sleazy collection company.
