We hired Myesia for our wedding and while she showed up and provided professional service, we have yet to receive the physical prints/package we ordered a year ago. Customer service and professionalism have completely become lackluster over the past 6 months. If you are looking for professionalism, follow-through, and consistent and decent communication, please take your business elsewhere.
Ordered football pictures did not have my order at pickup was told to send email and it would be sent to me. Only received a memory mate not the package I ordered. The memory mate had all types of dents/scratches on the picture. Paid by Zelle so I cannot get a refund. Terrible customer service.
