They don’t stand behind their product. Very bad service. My contractor installed their parts for my washroom renovation. Shower handle they installed from this supplier was bad quality and broke just after 2 months of using it. I came to the store to ask for replacement and there was no consideration. The guy simply responded and said we can’t help, we have no warranty on our product meaning we don’t stand behind our product. Great variety of products! Owner Khalid is really knowledgeable! Plumbing items offered at good & reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend others in the GTA to check it out!
Very bad service. I’ll never recommend anyone to come and get their stuff from this store. Store owner Khalid is extremely rude, they don’t know how to talk nicely with their customers. Bad experience, also the prices are not reasonable. Boycott ❌❎
Great pricing, came all the way from and saved over $3000 compared to stores in Hamilton
Wide variety of products at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great service!
