I tried calling this place a couple of times beforehand to check availability. No one answered, so I followed their voicemail instructions and left my name and a text message. I never received a reply. I came in as a walk-in and was told it would be a 10-minute wait, but it took over 20 minutes. They don’t acknowledge you when you come in, they always say that they don’t have time when there is only one person in there or no one in the salon and never answer the phone. Finally when they do have time they rush through your nails and either one side of the nails are longer than the other side. They never make it right for the customers.

Never got to get my nails done so I’m not sure about the work. Came in there they said it’s a 45 minute wait. I said no problem I’ll come back. Came back and they didn’t say hi, didn’t even acknowledged I came in which whatever but the clients which I know they can’t help were so rude. Giving me dirty looks.
