Do not recommend ! Failed to perform services in timely matter, has wilfully misled me to acquire my business, did not provide a refund. Complaint has been referred to QCAT for resolution. I was led to believe that the Principal, Mairi Kerfoot, had the capacity to take on my matter. In hindsight, I consider it unethical to have accepted my engagement while lacking the availability to properly attend to it. Not as good at communicating or advising as She could have been. Either that or She doesn’t know the industry as well as She portrays. Had to correct Her mistakes several times.
Never reply to my partner lawer just quit got a new lawer still November never turned up to court and couldn't even answer the call from the judge at 930/230 5 calls nothing court again in 5/2/25 still no reply to calls and emails
