I walked in Just before closing with a prescription that had been sent to the wrong store. Ken immediately address the problem and fill the prescription. I could not have asked for a more prompt, helpful explanation r better response. I was fully prepared to drive a great distance to a 24 hour Walgreens to fill the prescription. His help as well as the pharmacist saved me a great deal of time and effort. 5 stars!
I swear nobody can do their job in this place everybody from the pharmacy to the front counter call ahead of time for a prescription get told that they’re ready for pick up show up to get them and it’s the complete opposite on top of already standing in line for 45 minutes because people don’t know how to work the computers properly so I’m wondering is it a training problem or a person problem because I think it’s both this is ridiculous
Typical Walgreens if you have walked in any this is the same layout same smells and same mediocrity. Maybe clean parking lot and trim shrubs to start. Not a super safe area but Leitchfield is a beautiful place to live and I would shop again if needed
