If I could give it no stars I would. I bought a trailer from Lowe’s in monaca and was sent there. Was told it opens at 10:30. I waited until about 11 and nobody was there. Called, no answer. Went to 3 other notaries and they all said this is typical of that notary. Returned the trailer and will never go back to MJ’s or Lowe’s. Absolutely awful. Why have a notary if you won’t run it.
