I HIGHLY recommend Melissa as an attorney. I used her as my attorney for the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. She was always available, very knowledgeable, and was a strong attorney when we ran into complications with the sale. She knows the in-and-outs of real estate, including the understanding of septic systems. Not only did she handle everything quickly and with great expertise, but she is also reasonably priced. Melissa and her team have been super helpful to me in recent years. In 2023 someone close to me was stuck as an unwilling buyer in a contract for a junky house in Cape May.
