Hi Matt, My wife and I live in the Torres Strait, which has one major bank branch within the region. This meant that when we wanted to refinanceourmortgage to another bank all the correspondence would need to place electronically or via telephone. When you work full time crayfishing, this is notideal as I am often not contactable during normal workinghours. My husband and I had never used a broker before, so we were unsure on what to expect throughout the whole process.
