Mark is awful, everything from losing documents and emails, to missing deadlines to not responding, using all of my extention that had to be filed because of him for his Vacation. Please save yourself the heartache and find a real professional.
Dropped our taxes off in March, and picked them up today, not completed. Reach out over the months and either Mark was away or the front desk wasn't sure so she'd have someone reach out. We'll needless to say we will never do business with them again. Unbelievable how unprofessional this is when you have one job and can't get it done. It's the middle of September and now we have to scramble to get them done. 100% do not recommend.
This tax service is very unprofessional and unresponsive to phone calls regarding any IRS issues that may come up with your taxes. I filed a BBB complaint that they did not respond to and sent a certified letter that they would not pick-up. Use someone else for your taxes who are responsive and professional. They don’t even deserve one star.
MJM did my personal and business taxes in 2021 and 2022. A few weeks ago, I was contacted by the Dept of Revenue stating I owe back taxes from 2021 and my filings for 2021 and 2022 were incorrectly done. I've reached out to MJM 6 times now trying to get some assistance with this serious issue and I'm getting ghosted. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend MJM Taxes.
