We came to shop close to closing time and were greeted by Satnam. He patiently went over the pros and cons of various bedroom sets. He took his time answering all of our questions. He pointed out practical details we would not have thought about i.e., mirror height. He was very pleasant and did not rush us at all. We were impressed with his knowledge/expertise with wooden furniture having been a kitchen cabinet maker previously. We were happy with the price and the quality of what we chose. Purchase experience went good. When they want your money everything goes well, right? However, upon receiving our couch the legs were black and not oak as we have ordered. Week after week I have been calling and requesting a replacement. No one calls me and lets me know what is going on. It going on 5 weeks and we keep hearing "next week" or "technician is on vacation" ... etc. It takes 6 weeks to make the couch and 5 weeks to replace legs? Ridiculous! Customer service horrible!
