Purchase experience went good. When they want your money everything goes well, right? However, upon receiving our couch the legs were black and not oak as we have ordered. Week after week I have been calling and requesting a replacement. No one calls me and lets me know what is going on. It going on 5 weeks and we keep hearing "next week" or "technician is on vacation" ... etc. It takes 6 weeks to make the couch and 5 weeks to replace legs? Ridiculous! Customer service horrible!
