Totally satisfied with service on my e-bike that was not marketed by MJM or anybody in Calgary. I bought this great folding e-bike from a friend but knew the original manufacturer/seller Sdream in California had folded in 2022. Long Read, but worth it. I bought my bike at the end of February 2025 during their sale. We previously bought my wife the same type of bike and had been impressed with both service and product. Due to weather conditions here I started using the bike when the 'sun started shining'. I have just been to collect my bike after a repair and surprised to be charged for it as i have had it less than 3 months! Very disappointed with the service we received from MJM Ebikes And especially the owner, not returning phone calls to sort out problems!! we spent a lot of money on two bikes, from them and the aftercare service has not been good at all with him & the staff.
Bought two Fat Tire E-bikes at MJM because of the great selection AND the amazing buy one get the second for half price deal that ran in April. Both bikes are copper colored—not a color I would have considered but they look great and perform very well. Aiden was terrific in fielding all of our questions. Give MJM a try…you will not be disappointed. Sean
