The day I placed my order I received a thoughtful (form letter) thank-you from MJC for my business. The next day I received notice of shipment process initiation. Two weeks later the shipping status was still “awaiting item.” I attempted to contact the company for a status update by all the available means – there was no phone to call, of course – including chat, message from their site, email, and “just shoot us a text” (with the reasonable expectation that a reply would be shot back). We were in the market to change out our laundry room accordion doors and ran across MJC hardware. The fit and finish were second to none and our DIY barndoor turned out perfect!
