Quick loading, in 45 min was back on the road, forklift driver knows his job and was friendly.
Showed up in the middle of my appointment window to pick up a load for Home Depot. Was told all the loaders had gone home early for the day, even though I still had another hour till the end of my pickup window. Was then told my appointment was actually scheduled for the next day, Friday. (even though it wasn't), while also being told that they don't do Home Depot loads on Friday.
