After my husband dies and I had to sell in home in Florence, I went to buy new furniture at the Gateway store in Springfield. I wanted a new bed, Stressless chair, and couch. The salesman pressured me to purchase a bed I did not want but did agree to allow me to return it after 30 days. I did return it and finally get the one I wanted. No problems with the chair.
