Good physio - has helped me with a back issue over the past few months to the point I've been able to get back into exercise.
I had an uncommon tendon injury (peroneal tendonitis) that turned chronic to the point of seeking help. I didnt know which tendon was injured before visiting. MJ helped me identify the issue on the first visit and I responded positively to the shockwave therapy. I was given plenty of advice on strength training with the goal of future prevention. He is also flexible when it comes to booking appointments as I needed to make a short notice change. Friendly, easy to talk to and happy to give out a lot of advice.
Mo was super friendly and informative, and quickly identified ways to help me with my intercostal injury within our first session. With his help, he gradually introduced me back into the gym and helped me move on from the setback. Will definitely be recommending to friends for any sports injury
Having made no progress with my heel pain for 6 weeks I decided to try physiotherapy. I’ve now had two appointments and Mo has been outstanding - both in providing the treatment as well as trying to find the cause of the pain. The recommended exercise has helped a lot too - it’s only been a couple of weeks and I am already taking more pain free steps than before!
I have slipped down the stairs at home and injured my knee some time ago. I've decided to visit Mohammed for advice and I'm super glad that I did. He's very knowledgeable, was able to calm me down and suggested some exercises to help with the knee. I would recommend him to everyone seeking help about all stuff physio. Thank you.
