Mohammed is a very knowledgable and supportive physio who has helped me to recover from two injuries: a dislocated shoulder and severe ankle ligament damage. I have been impressed by his enthusiasm and his ability to adapt his approach to fit around me and my lifestyle. He gave me physio using a range of techniques and put together a tailor-made exercise programme, which allowed me to progress greatly between sessions. A really positive experience.
Mo is a warm and personable physio who goes out of his way to help you on your way to recovery. Cheers!
I saw Mo recently for a couple of issues. I had very bad wrist pain and had been suffering with lower back pain while running for a while. He was great, sorted my wrist out in no time and had a few more sessions to get my back loosened up but you can really see the improvements already. Highly recommend.
