The office gave a very professional impression right from the entrance. I was greeted politely and directed to the right counter without any confusion. The staff explained all the requirements clearly and checked my documents thoroughly. The environment felt secure and calm, even though the office was busy. I felt confident that the work would be done properly, and indeed, I received my paperwork on the same day.
The labs were upgraded with new technology and tools.
I was really happy with the experience with the vet. However, I caution doctors, interns, technicians, students coming out in the lobby talking to reception and complaining about yappy dogs, that you hate dealing with them and they are the worst. My 10 pound service dachshund, who is trained to not accept other people's touches and has high anxiety when he is not with me was there. Sounded like what dog you were talking about. Had I been allowed to be with him, it would have gone differently. Owners are in the lobby.
