When I employed the services of this so called law firm, I told them that the tenant has not paid rent for over TWO years. I don't know how they can say that I did not inform them that the tenant lived there for more than a year. This is the kind of fuzzy math that this firm is using, they are trying to cover the fact that they lost the case to the free attorney that my tenant had. With this kind of service, I find it hard to believe all those glowing reviews.

I would recommend Mizrahi office to others as they've successful helped me with my tenant eviction. I always received timely update following a court date. My eviction took awhile but these cases can get dragged out for multiple reasons. They respond to my emails when I have a question. I would use their service again.
