Love this venue!!
The Jewel boat is being used to host a loud and ignorant party with loud, booming music blasting through a residential area at 1:26 AM along the east river. Literally no other boat on the water. To other residents in the area, I recommend contacting 311 (file as both a nightclub and noise from boat) and contact your local assemblymember to file a complaint. This is just another party boat company run by inconsiderate people trying to find a loophole around noise pollution laws by having their "nightclub" on a waterway.
