I reached out for legal help and was quickly told my case was not worth their time due to the amount involved. While I understand business decisions, it felt very transactional and lacked empathy. Not every case is about high-dollar retainers some clients genuinely need guidance and support. His words the amount owed does not justify my retainer, which is $5,000. Phillip was able to resolve my tax issues that I was trying to fight on my own for several of years. He was able to complete everything in a timely manner. A lot faster than I expected. He was professional and compassionate with my situation and easy to talk too. He always responded back within 12 hours and filed everything on time. Phillip totally took the stress off of me. Phillip was able to resolve a tax discrepancy I have been fighting for years! Other firms were unsuccessful at resolving the issue, however Phillip and his team handled the matter on my behalf.
