Mr. Mittelstaedt is an extremely professional attorney. After my mother passed- Mr. Mittelstaedt handeled my brother' legal guardianship with skilled and expertise. He is very honest, polite and dedicated in representing his clients .

Sadly Attorney Mittelstaedt was appointed by the Court to become my dear elderly Aunt's, Estate Attorney, in 2018. We never heard from him, he never returned our phone calls, he never returned my Aunt's phone calls, he never returned the Nursing Homes phone calls.. The Nursing home had to take him to Court a few times, he didn't take care of my Aunt's or pay her bills..The grass was never cut, he withdrew both of my Aunt's large savings account, he let my Aunt's house go into Forclosure, he emptied out all the contents of my... read more
