Had a great experience with Mitchell's Piano Gallery. Trey spent so much time with me answering my questions, showing me many pianos to choose from, giving me time and space to play them each, was so kind to my kids, teaching them what the parts of the piano look like and what they do. They are very knowledgeable about their products and very attentive to my needs. I Will go back always.
I had desired to put my current piano on consignment. After waiting for two months to have it picked up, I was called 1.5 hours before pick-up and told they are not coming because they promised others for pickup and therefore, were would not honor the agreement to pickup my piano. I was quite disappointed and would not recommend this business as a viable option for such an agreement.
