i had something delivered from amazon and they used michells. i had to send the item back so gave them a ring. i didnt have a clue what i was doing so rang them a few times and every time the guys were helpful. finally made and paid for my booking then the seller changed address so i had to cancel and rebook. the lady on the phone was very helpful too and the refund was quickly returned within 4 days. the parcel was collected by a lady the same lady who actually delivered it and she was also lovely all in all a great team. g... read more

I have used and still continue to use their send a pallet for nearly a year now sending nearly 100 pallets. Unfortunately recently a consignment of mine was damaged in transport. After multiple emails back and forth i finally raised an insurance claim all information was given and now 3 months later all communication is ignored forcing me to claim back the original cost of postage through the credit card company. ***NOT JUST FOR THE BIG COMPANYS, FOR THE INDEPENDENTS ASWELL**** So this was my second time using mitchells, I didn't review on the first as you never know if the first one was simply great luck, We are a small family business. Based in Nottingham, We went to purchase some pallets in wolverhampton and ended up buying 3 large ones.
