Went there looking for a gas stove and got us a good deal. Well knowledge and didn't try to sell everything. He made sure we knew more when we left . If you're looking to purchase a gas or wood heaters go talk to them
These place should be closed. Very unprofessional Ruined my house. Grinded stone and had never done a conversion. The fireplace was ordered in June and he wanted money upfront. Refused to finish installation until I payed him more money. My house had white stone dusk everywhere, because they didn't tarp it off. I had a terrible respiratory infection. They build prices in and hide it and then when you ask him to buy those system out right then they just wanna takeoff their $800 labor, but they hide all their labor and everything in the cost of the unit and mark them up through the roof very unprofessional
Placed an order, fireplace, back in April and didn’t receive it. Business won’t respond to my inquiries. Very frustrating and disappointing. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
Fantastic job of installing a new gas fireplace. Chris and Jonathan were both outstanding at what they do. Cliff Mitchell was always keeping me informed about the new regency. Couldn't be happier
