My experience with this accounting service was less then satisfactory. The very first interaction with the staff was great. I called, explained my situation and was told to come in. I dropped off mine and my wife's tax documents and was told it would be around a week before our taxes could be reviewed and amended. A week later I hadn't received any word about what was going on with our taxes. I called and got a voice-mail.
