ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I was told by the attorney assigned to me, Erin Breaux, that it would be $3k to finish my case. Several thousands of $ later and 2.5 years, NOTHING has been accomplished. Can't even get a response via email about what is happening with my case. This is the worst customer service I've ever received and would NEVER recommend anyone to this firm.
