Called due to Google pulling up His info as Tax Advocacy which I was in need of a Tax Advocate. Before I can fully explain the reason for my call to see how much/ pricing for his services. He stated that he did not work for the IRS and I needed to call them then hung up. I just wanted to see what his rates were or percentage but I'm okay with finding someone else. I think that was a little rude.
Jeff is a fantastic tax advocate and tax preparer. He has worked with us since we moved to Jacksonville in 2012. From clearing up some legacy disputes with the IRS (favorably resolved saving us $$) to our annual tax returns, Jeff does first class work and we would recommend him highly to anyone.
