They sent a 2017 w-2 in with my 2018 return. Tammy downloaded the w-2's after I accessed my account on her computer, Ruth did my return, and didn't catch the 2017 w-2. Now it's been over a year since they filed the ammendment and I've still not gotten my return of over 4000$ . I just called to see if they had a number I could contact the IRS, but instead was asked to come get my file and was hung up on by Ruth. Go to H&R Block, they won't hang up on you.
