Eugene and Sid were awesome. This was our first full service move so we did not know what to expect and we were very pleased with the move. The team was very communicative and were able to get the entire load into our apartment within the reserved window for our elevator. They were very careful with our items and even offered to help unpack some items. Just all around great service.
Mitchell’s was the selected partner of those that were arranging my move. I couldn’t be happier with the selection, they handled all the packing and walked me through the entire process. Everyone was friendly and kept me informed through the entire day. This was my first time having a full service move and couldn’t be happier.
We had a big and complicated move, original landing date completely fell apart, Atlas reached out to Mitchell to receive, unload, store, reload and deliver. They also handled the parking permits and expertly arrived on time to our new home, on a pretty challenging hill. Eugene and Sid took excellent care of us and our things during our move. Eugene was extremely diligent and patient as he got our things arranged, and he even helped us get some boxes and decorations into our storage unit. This was the first full-service move we've ever had - and based on the great experience with Eugene and Sid - we'll never NOT do a full-service move again! Thank you!
