They didn't bathe my elderly mother all over her body. And they treated her badly.

My father passed away in January of 2013 I know late for a review but every single person took great care of him while he was still with us. They all knew me and each of my children by name! They made us feel like family too. And when he passed one guy that worked that night stayed by my side the whole time I was there just so I wouldn’t be alone.
