I've just got to say I watched this guy conduct himself in court, quite unprofessional. Edit response: 4 out of 5 court cases you screw up. if I was to ever aspire to be a professional it would not be you you can't even get the haircut down my man. But I can say as someone looking from the outside in I would never hire you and nobody else should. That stuff might work in Cherokee County but for the rest of the world you look like a clown. I've just got to say I watched this guy conduct himself in court, quite unprofessional.
From another state Mr. Brewer handled a simple matter. I had called 4 other lawyers who all said no, maybe too small a matter but ownership of our place depended on it. He was kind, respectful, honest and timely. We enjoyed our interactions with him and all was resolved.

I would NOT recommend Mitchell for anything!!! We wasted time and money, just for him to say I can't help you and walked away. He is very unprofessional with his child in the room completely distracted. Don't waist your time and money, I don't think he's a very good attorney.
