My daughter had a disappointing experience in the mother-baby unit at Mitchell Hospital following her C-section. Staff did not provide education on C-Section care or provide a belly band for support, which is especially concerning when you're recovering from major surgery. The bathroom was unclean, with visible mold on the shower curtain and hair on the shower walls, although there was a sticker stating the shower had been sanitized. This could be the worst place! The doctor don’t care if your in pain or bleeding out. The med student are new on everything I get that but doctors leave them alone while doing everything! They talk bad about their patients and disrespect them knowing they are sick. Mostly the person who gets your information for insurance and everything. My husband couldn’t respond for him self and base on the fact he didn’t understand her and I just knew all the answers. Like what’s her problem. Lowest hospital on the planet. Was suppose to have a CT done at 12 noon, it's no 2:42pm and still waiting. Sitting in a hall way we're there are 3 CT's and it seems only 1 is being used over the last hour.
