Dr Mitchell is great to work with, I absolutely trust him with my health in urology! I will never understand why his front office performs so badly since he is so wonderful, but similar to other reviewers I have much difficulty getting thru to anyone for appointments, procedures, etc. he is 5 star rated, office staff is 1 star.

This practice does not care about your time. They kept me waiting for an hour and a half for non-emergency reasons. The Doctors' exam room was unkempt. The two pillows on the exam table looked like someone had spent the night there, and a piece of medical equipment was lying on the floor. The staff did not care. I might point out that Doctor Mitchell is usually an hour behind every day, yet they charge you late fees if you are late. ( I felt they were just in business for the money, not patient care.) My husband and I are beyond disappointed with the awful service we have received from MGBW. We have spent a large sum of money at the Dallas location and were told our orders would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. As of today, it's been 9 months and we still do not have a complete bedroom set. Two of our chests are supposedly arriving in June, but we previously had been told September, then November, then March and now June. So, who knows? After nearly one year my wife and I finally received the balance of our order today. What is most disappointing is we were originally told the order would only take around six weeks. Each time we followed up through the summer, fall and winter we were told by numerous individuals "The order will be shipped down on the next truck". This must be the standard response that everyone is supposed to use. WARNING: BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING MAKE SURE IT IS IN STOCK.

This review is not for particular burlington location. Just overall from big fan MG to HATE MG. I purchased couch set through Burlington location, i bought the protection plan for 5 years. i had MG Furnitures before. the quality went to hell compare to my old MG products. I would give this office zero stars if I could. My husband was referred to this doctor from his primary care physician. It has been nothing but a nightmare from the first visit. He left with a year prescription and orders to come back for a follow up. He tried to reach the office for a year and was never able to get through. Always had to leave a message with no return call.
